Through module-based learning, community building and mentorship, we seek to empower women to become anything they dream.
Building Strong Women, Ready to Lead
Our program seeks to serve underrepresented women in the San Francisco Bay Area who are looking for their future. You have to do the work, but we help you remove obstacles to starting a career, getting into college, or even becoming your own boss.
Using a modular education system, we take the guesswork out of what you need to prepare for on your journey to success.
FAST 1
Learn the basic skills to jump start your career including writing applications, setting up your work station, working on teams, how to present for interviews. Mentees will select 3 out of 5 modules to complete FAST 100.
FAST 2
Learn the basic tracks you can take with Forward Fast with modules such as Grow With Google Overview, Applying for College, and Entreprenuership. Mentees will select 3 out of 5 modules to complete FAST 200.
FAST 3
Students embark on one of three tracks. Upon completion, we'll work with you to apply for jobs or launch your business. Getting set up for FAST 4 - community
